Common questions
Anything not covered here, ask us directly. A named member of the team replies within two working days.
Which countries do you export to?
Our focus is Africa and the Middle East, including Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Egypt, Libya, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq and Yemen. Each destination is assessed individually against its import requirements, sanctions screening and our authorised scope before we quote. See our Africa and Middle East pages for the full country lists.
Can you supply temperature-controlled medicines?
Yes. Cold-chain products are shipped with validated packaging and temperature monitoring, and we plan the route and timing with you before dispatch.
Who can open a UK trade account?
Organisations legally entitled to receive medicines in the UK, including CQC-registered clinics and hospitals, GPhC-registered pharmacies, GMC-registered prescribers trading as a practice, and licensed wholesalers.
What documentation comes with an order?
Every delivery includes batch numbers, expiry dates and the transaction records required under Good Distribution Practice. Certificates of analysis and export documents are provided where required by the destination.
Do you sell to the public?
No. Vibace Pharma supplies trade customers only and does not sell medicines to patients or the public.
What is the status of your wholesale distribution authorisation?
Vibace Pharma Ltd is part of the Vibace group. Its wholesale distribution authorisation (WDA(H)) is being transferred from its sister company Haoma Pharma Ltd; both companies are owned by Vibace Holding Ltd. Licence details will be published once the MHRA transfer is complete. You will then be able to verify it on the MHRA public registers.
