Our services

Sourcing, supply and export, handled by one accountable team

We export UK-sourced medicines to importers, distributors and hospitals in Africa and the Middle East, supply private clinics and pharmacies across the UK, and support manufacturers entering new markets. Every enquiry is assessed against availability, destination requirements and the scope of our authorisation.

UK supply for private clinics, pharmacies and wholesalers

We supply licensed brand and generic medicines and selected healthcare products to eligible UK customers: private clinics, community and hospital pharmacies, healthcare procurement teams and other licensed wholesalers.

We handle routine requirements and specific product enquiries, subject to availability and customer qualification. Storage and distribution are managed within our quality system and the scope of our authorisation.

What customers can expect

  • A clear account-approval and customer-qualification process.
  • Licensed brand and generic medicines within our authorised scope.
  • Plain communication on availability, pricing and lead times.
  • Appropriate documentation and batch traceability with every order.
  • Delivery arrangements suited to the product and destination.

Sourcing and export for Africa and the Middle East

We respond to product requirements from established importers, distributors, hospitals and ministries of health across Africa and the Middle East, sourcing through approved manufacturers, marketing authorisation holders, wholesalers and logistics providers in the UK.

Before progressing an opportunity we assess the customer, destination market, product status, proposed route, documentation and logistics. We do not present availability or export feasibility as confirmed until those checks are complete.

Support may include

  • Product and supplier identification.
  • Commercial quotation and availability coordination.
  • Customer and supply-route qualification.
  • Export and shipment documentation coordination.
  • Ambient or temperature-controlled logistics planning where authorised and appropriate.
  • Communication through dispatch and delivery milestones.

Market access and commercial partnerships

We work with manufacturers and marketing authorisation holders exploring selected UK or international opportunities. Our role is shaped around the product, territory and regulatory pathway, and may involve established local or specialist partners.

We do not provide legal or regulatory approval. Scope, responsibilities and deliverables are agreed separately for each project.

Potential support includes

  • Initial market and channel assessment.
  • Identification and qualification of prospective local partners.
  • Commercial and distribution pathway planning.
  • Coordination with regulatory, medical, logistics and market specialists.
  • Launch-readiness and supply-chain planning.
  • Post-launch distribution support where agreed and authorised.
