Trade customers only
Vibace Pharma supplies medicines only to organisations that are lawfully entitled to receive them. We do not sell medicines to the public and no product can be purchased through this website.
Trade account applications
Submitting an application does not create a trading relationship. Applications are assessed under our customer-qualification procedures, which may include verification against public registers and requests for further documents. Approval is at our discretion and is confirmed in writing. We may suspend or close an account where qualification requirements are no longer met.
Orders and supply
Quotations are subject to availability and confirmation. Orders are accepted only from approved accounts and are governed by the written terms of supply issued with account approval, including payment terms, delivery arrangements, returns and recall cooperation.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep website content accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on website content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
