Our quality system is designed to protect product integrity, patient safety and the legitimate medicines supply chain. Documented controls apply to the customers, suppliers, products, premises, records and distribution routes within our responsibility.
A GDP-led quality culture
Our procedures and records are built around Good Distribution Practice and cover governance, training, supplier and customer qualification, storage, distribution, deviations, complaints, recalls, returns, change control and continual improvement.
A Responsible Person oversees wholesale-distribution compliance and the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical quality system.
Knowing who we work with
We assess prospective customers, suppliers and service providers before approval and review them periodically using a risk-based approach. Qualification may include verification of corporate identity, regulatory licences, authorised activities, premises, contacts, product scope and proposed transaction routes.
Maintaining control through the supply chain
We maintain transaction, batch and distribution records for products handled within our scope. Storage and transport requirements are assessed against product information and approved arrangements, including temperature controls where applicable.
Concerns about suspected falsified, damaged, diverted or otherwise unsuitable products are escalated through the quality system and handled under documented procedures.

Verifying our authorisation
Once the licence transfer is complete, our WDA(H) details will be published on this page and can be independently checked through the MHRA public registers. Until then we share the status directly with prospective customers and partners during onboarding.
