Data we collect
Business contact details you provide through enquiries and trade account applications (name, job title, organisation, work email, telephone); organisation and licence information submitted for qualification; correspondence; and limited technical data about website use where you consent to analytics cookies.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, patient-identifiable information, prescriptions or medical records.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, assess and verify trade account applications, meet Good Distribution Practice and other regulatory obligations, manage trading relationships and, where you opt in, send occasional supply updates. Legal bases: performance of a contract or steps before one, legal obligation, legitimate interests in operating a regulated wholesale business, and consent for optional marketing and analytics.
Sharing and transfers
We share data with service providers who support our website, email and secure document storage under contract; with regulators and public registers for verification; and with logistics partners where needed to fulfil an order. Enquiries and applications sent through this website are delivered to our email by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service. Website statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify visitors. Retention
Qualification records and transaction records are retained for the periods required by pharmaceutical regulation and company law. Enquiry data not leading to a trading relationship is retained for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, request portability, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
